Men's Club

Minimize

The Men's Club of Congregation B'nai Israel is a forum at which local Jewish men can congregate and participate in the life of our community.

Meetings are held monthly with breakfast and programming on Sunday mornings.

Men’s Club program highlights include softball games, poker tournaments, and guest speakers from the University of Florida. In addition to gathering for socially and educationally enriching programs, the Men’s Club sponsors building maintenance work days on the synagogue property, supplements professional security personnel during the High Holidays and special events, and provides the community with Yom Hashoah memorial candles.

The Men's Club raises funds for Jewish Youth activities, including sponsorship of travel to youth conventions and a partial scholarship to Camp Ramah Darom.

For more information, please contact Men’s Club president Arthur Shifrin.

Visit the Men's Club website for details.

Junque to Jewels Rummage Sale

Junque to Jewels has come and gone, and we'd like to thank the devoted members of our congregation for making this fundraiser a success! We couldn't have done it without the generous contributions from many of our members and the tireless efforts of our volunteer staff who sorted, priced and organized items.

Lag B'Omer Photos

We celebrated Lag B'Omer on May 2 with a picnic at Sholom Park.
