Israeli Dancing

Minimize

Love dancing? Want to learn more about Israel? Join us for Israeli Folk Dancing on Thursday nights! All are welcome – beginners through advanced students.

During the beginners’ dances we do dances that are slow, easy to follow, and don't have complicated steps. We always cater to the newest member in the group. As we ease into advanced dances, we’ll move quickly with more complicated steps and lots of turns. Together we learn new dances as well as review and have fun with our old favorites. There is always room for requests!

Although we are not a performing group, several of our dancers have traveled to Israel and throughout the USA performing Israeli Folk Dancing. They, like the rest of us, are here for fun and dancing and we would be delighted if you could come and join us!

Thursdays, 7-10 p.m. in the B’nai Israel Community Room

Contact Ariela for more information and to reserve your spot at our next class!

Junque to Jewels Rummage Sale

Junque to Jewels has come and gone, and we'd like to thank the devoted members of our congregation for making this fundraiser a success! We couldn't have done it without the generous contributions from many of our members and the tireless efforts of our volunteer staff who sorted, priced and organized items.

Lag B'Omer Photos

We celebrated Lag B'Omer on May 2 with a picnic at Sholom Park.
